Problems with Faction Warfare missions.

Good evening, taken FACTION mission 4 levels were not gone after 11 hours of acceptance, although the log displays the status of "mission expired". In conversation with the agent, it requires to complete or abandon the mission.
Previously, after 11 hours adopted coat mission has always disappeared.

All accepted missions are expired, but I didnt got a mail from agent "time's up...", as it was usually. So now I can't run this missions and can't decline without losing standings.
This is strange situation, and I dont know what happend.(

Have you tried clearing cache files?
