Only things good going for this char are his core skill

For a drone pilot he only have 3.8m on it and interfacing isnt even on V
For a tengu his missile skills are awful

No maxed BS
Luckily for destroyer/bc patch you got all to v
Support skills for weapons arent maxed
Only thing going are the core skills


I can only offer 18b for it as this toon have no sense of direction.
