Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hey people, I've been having an issue with the launcher lately, and I have been bypassing it but...I like the launcher to manage patches and stuff.

https://app.box.com/s/l5ik8cfjz0uxol8z7sew - that is what I currently get when I try to load the launcher. is there a replacement for the launcher file somewhere?

I do have the same issue here. There seems to be a problem retrieving the web page to display in the launcher, either because the Launcher assumes I am using Steam for some reason, or because my provider is messing up things. Here's the relevant part of the log:

I have tried to disable the firewall to no avail, and I can access the file https://client.eveonline.com/patches/win_launcherinfoTQ_inc.txt and the https://client.eveonline.com/launcherv3 fine when using a browser.
