Hey All,

I've decided to move to the Minmatar! The Minmatar have been over whelmed bythe Amarrian onslaught and have become disillusioned by the constant blockades of stations...

I have blogged on my reasons and call any and everyone to join the just cause to fight for the basic rights of the Minmatar!

You are a traitor to your former comrades in the 24IC, to the Amarrian people, and to God.

Well at least he is not going to be a slaver, that's for sure.

Congrats, Materia, teach them some lessons about freedom.

I can only approve of people who aren't shackled by what it is expected of them and carve their own path! This is what anarchy is all about!

Though you might still find some of your gripes with the 24IC (to a much lesser degree) I wish you good luck!

Happy Hunting!

I'm sure he has some to learn, himself.

I call to your attention the words in the description of your previous corporation
"Ultima Unitatis [ULTUN]":

"The Lord loosed upon them his fierce anger
All of his fury and rage.
He dispatched against them a band of Avenging Angels"
- The Scriptures, Book II, Apocalypse 10:1

No one likes a turncoat. I think you'll find you will not rest easy among your new "comrades" either.

Maybe he saw the light and decided to fight for a more noble cause? Honestly I hope they see it that way IF that's the case, and hope they give him a few barrage rounds if that's not the case...

Perhaps after years of dedicated service. Generally speaking people do not trust a traitor, even one whose treason benefits them - but it is possible to cross over if you truly feel it in your heart.

Helping savages against the civilization?..
Excuse me, this I can't understand.

Oh, and obligatory, enemy of the Empire means enemy of the State.

There is no more noble a cause that to stand against the insurgency of the Minmatar in the name of God and to fight for the spiritual liberation of all Mankind.

Judging by the fact there is a militia opposing those ideals, its relatively safe to say not everyone shares that sentiment. Nor do I, though I'm not currently enlisted...

His point does serve as a counterpoint to your own, however. Seriously - the 'nobility' of a cause is very subjective, including that of your own organisation. Anslo views the Scope Works cause as bordering on the holy, whereas a lot of others don't discern a cause there at al.

It's best to use less emotive language if you intend to have a serious discussion.

The points I made are my own, please don't think they reflect the opinions of Scope Works. Though I will say my choice of words in the initial post could have been better.

Minmatar. They are filthy. They are subhuman. They are pieces of meat. And God has given them over to destruction. Strap them to the altar of God, as Molok the Deceiver was before them. Cut them. Cleave them. Make an offering of their blood unto a holy and righteous God. And have not the slightest pang of conscience doing any of this, but rather take pleasure in it. For at the Judgement, God will welcome you into Paradise, whence you shall spend your delightsome days gazing down on Hell below and watching Minmatar burn. Forever. Amen. Amarr Victor.

Arguments aside, I have to point out that Mr. Stone is factually incorrect in his claims. He indicates that his decision is influenced by "a "blockades" of stations "that inhibit medical supplies and other basic human necessities from being supplied to the local Minmatar population."

This is factually wrong.

Capsuleers are by CONCORD regulation rendered incapable of enacting absolute blockades against stations outside of nullsec, and I would argue that even those in null are not secure without a constant round-the-clock watch.

A mere prohibition on militia pilots docking does not a medical crisis make.

Moreover I cannot seen any real need for such blockades if in fact they exist.

It is our holy missions to ensure the Matari are placed on the right path. Preventing non combatants from receiving proper medical care and supplies does not aid that cause.
