Question about expedition mechanics.

Hey,

So, I've started an expedition plex (8/10). I've completed it, without an escalation. It didn't vanish from my journal though. Now it shows that it'll expire in 22h+, so after DT.

If I come back after DT, will it respawn? Last time I had an expedition it just vanished from my journal as soon as I finished it.

What does this mean?
