You as a CSM should be considering this most.. when ccp does something of this manner..

making unfair dis advantage to the younger alliances no listed in the video..


I guess you made CSM because you thought of these things right...

If this is what future Call To Arms from CCP will be, that's not reassuring...

That's not a bad initiative in itself, and the trailer is inded very sweet Big smile. But that's not really nice to change your mind mid-CTA.

Rubbish. If you want a plug you should send some epic comms in yourself. I think it's great that player entities who are clearly creating content for their participants are getting plugged.

Kudos. Have to say I watched it twice in succession it was so good. I admit I am a pretty harsh critic of CCP, but I will always give credit where it is due.

As someone from an alliance that wasn't shown in the video, I really couldn't care less.

As if you would have to care in your NPC corp. And if this an alt, show some guts and post with your main.


Maybe there was a reason some corps voice records were not used. It might be that some are not representable for promotion.

This is how you make a trailer, from now on more like this, not the cheesy comical ones with cheesy back ground sets. But like this one. This trailer honestly got me excited about the game I play, it got me wound up and kept me wanting more....

I have never been motivated like that by any EVE trailer before it.

Also note: I don't normally kiss CCP's ass....Shocked

I blame this awesome trailer for me doing something stupid, losing around 2 billion isk, and enjoying something that I normally don't do as a carebear. (PvP) I don't miss the isk, I had fun, learned a good lesson, and plan on doing it again when the bank roll is big enough.

Because it makes him harder to bump. Though the type of rock he's talking about is probably in null, where bumping isn't the real worry, unless it's maybe a losec anomaly. Either way, old habit, if you're moving it's harder to get a good bump on you. Doesn't always work, but as a miner, you do what you can. (or maybe they just did it that way in the video to give it more action, mining can be dull).

The video gave me chills, it was absolutely awesome.

Not sure how much validity the complaint has, that the alliances in it got big plugs...it was still awesome to watch.

In 4 days this trailer has nearly 1.4mil views & has drafted more new players into the game than any other trailer. If that doesn't shout how it has affected those that have seen it, then I dunno.

From this trailer I see some of the excitement I have had in Eve (a morsel) & hope to see many more like it.

The politics of Alliances etc. should be left in Eden (the game), whether Alliances are advertised or not, more importantly our lovely lives in Eden are advertised :) & on that point I think a winner for CCP.

A few more days & it'll have more views than any other CCP posted trailer & that makes me happy; that they got something very right :)

This absolutely captures the thrill of EvE. The fleet comms and the coordination sum it all up. It gave me chills, it made me sit on the edge of my seat....it was perfect in every way.

If only I had known more about this, I would have pushed hard to get some perspective from the FW theatre. Hint Hint CCP, make these kinds of things more known than just on the forums as the forums always seem to be scattered brained on where information is located.

All in all, outstanding video trailer!
