It will work.

I have travelled with laptop and played with my UK account in the US.

All I got was the "new IP address" dialogue asking me to confirm the name of one of the characters on the account when I logged in. Got the same when I got home to the UK and logged on again.

Good hunting!

You can waste time on the forums when your chores are done.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

EVE is a far easier game to play abroad than most games, especially since quite a few tasks we all have can be done while ship spinning in station (update on alliance matters, tidy up your market orders, scam in jita local).

ok bye

I'm based in Singapore and have logged in from Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan with no issues. Confirming there are no issues regarding logging in from another location.

Just to echo a lot of what has been said here, I have traveled extensively with my laptop and have been able to connect every time with no issues with EVE Online. The only challenge is having the correct power adapter and local connectivity issues. Eventually, i had collected a "Go" bag for playing EVE anywhere. Plugs, wireless adapter for Bahrain, prepaid access card for Japan. Etc.

I would like to say the easiest connection I remember was in the Charles De Gaulle airport near Paris. I gamed for 8 hours straight from 10pm to 6am on a layover. No connection issues and French cuisine out of a machine. Perfect way to end my last flight home on my last deployment of my career.

Ignore everyone, nobody here in Europe actually has internet. We communicate to eve via a complex system of carrier pigeons. .......the lag can be excessive at times.
