Glutton for Punishment Burger
2 1/2lb beef patties cooked medium.
sliced jalepenos
sauteed white onions
pepper jack cheese
lettuce
mayo
4 strips of bacon
on toasted rye

Serve with a pint of either Bass or Harp

Alright, I'll bite.

The Gallente Special

1 pound of corn fed beef
1 packet dry ranch sald dressing (Hidden Valley or similar)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
A1 steak sauce (enough to wet the dry ingredients)
Finely shredded mozeralla cheese
3 Slices Provolone cheese
Mayonaisse
Onions
Mushrooms
Sourdough bun

Mix the dry ingredients and the A1 into the beef, and form four 1/4 pound patties. Place a layer of mozerlla between two patties, and seal the cheese between the meat by pressing slightly around the edges. Repeat for the other pair of patties. Cook until slightly crispy around the edges.

Sautee onions and mushrooms together in salted sweet cream butter. Toast the bun.

Stack: bun, provolone, patty, provolone, patty, provolone, oinons and mushrooms, mayo, top bun.

Serve with a half pound of chili cheese fries, topped with jalepenos.

It's decadent, bad for you, and will probably take weeks to forgive yourself for.

I seem to recall one from my last Fanfest visit (2011), one particular restaurant that was full of film posters and memorabilia and served some of the most awesome burgers I had the pleasure of eating during my stay in Iceland, but I can't recall the name.
