In my opinion should be viewed three types in the preview window.
Like T3 cruiser subsystem combinations

Why does it look nothing like any other amarr ships?

Looks like a mecha stick insect, not cool IMO.

Was hoping someone would have gotten a peek at the skill requirements, but in all the videos it just shows Amarr Destroyer V as the only prerequisite for Amarr Tactical Destoyer.

Because it incorporates ultra advanced tech. I imagine they used advanced stuff to make a hull and painted it cream and gold.

Same with the current t3's, they look nothing like most ships.

I sort of assumed it'd look like the Legion, a lumpy amarr ship. This looks way different even from that!
