The following 2 rigs don't seem to do any effect on Cruise Missiles:

My EFT client does not list prices for ships or modules. Am i doing something wrong?

that's denied as suspicious, unfortunately.

eve-files always worked, too bad we've moved away from that.

Let me start off by saying a big "thank-you" for putting together and maintaining such a necessary program.

That said, I'm having a problem where the latest version of EFT deletes my character data every time I try to update the name, or duplicate a character. Updating the skills goes perfectly okay, but if I mess with the name at all - the file simply vanishes from the directory.

Let's discuss overhauling the way we get intel in EvE.

Armored Warfare links do not appear to be reducing cap usage on Remote Armor Repair modules (targeted armor repair).

edit: in fact it appears that Siege links are not reducing Remote Shield Booster cap usage either.

Kyou, I am only a user. Please check your settings.

File-->preferences-->price synchronization-->update rate 1 day

See if that solves your problem. It took me about 20 min or so before the prices started rolling in, but that was a few versions ago when I discovered this feature. Good luck.

Hey gripen, would it be possible to add the various stages of incursion influence in the same manner as wormhole status effects? Doesnt need to be every 1% every 20 or 25 would already be dead usefull...

I wouldnt know the specs off the top of my head but i am sure people have worked out what 100% influence does to ships...

I'm sure i am not the only one who'd be willing to throw a couple hundred million at you for this feature!

are you using only the one link for cap and not both cap and rep time?

I cannot for the life of me get EFT to recognize my clipboard contents. Pasting in API keys and ship fits is impossible. It pastes *out* of EFT just fine, and my clipboard monitoring utility shows *no* unicode difference between the contents of the clipboard when trying to paste in or out, but EFT flat refuses to recognize paste operations into the program (or even the automatic clipboard monitoring for ship fits). This persists even after a fresh install of the newest version to a new location, and a fresh reboot. Right click -> paste also doesn't work (so it's not a keybind issue).

Other applications have no such issue, and even notepad will recognize the contents of the clipboard the EFT refuses to. Any ideas?

Edit: nevermind, after some searching, it appears I had the same issue as another poster earlier in the thread. Webroot was being a bit overzealous and blocking the function without even bothering to tell me.

I'm getting "connection to api.eveonline.com has failed"

This just started happening, I've used EFT a ton without this problem before.

Evemon is working fine though.

EDIT: Figured it out, I had fiddler (a debugging proxy) open. I'm a derp.

The latest version incorrectly calculates cargo capacity of the Nereus, meaning that the capacity is displayed as if not affected by the pilot's Gallente Industrial skill (regardless of whether you use "All level V" or API-imported character).

Workarounds are not bugfixes.

I've been making setups in the latest version of EFT and it is showing I'm over my cpu and powergrid, but i'm flying these ships in game with no issue. my implants are the same. Any ideas?

Sometimes when I right click (anywhere in the program that has a right-click menu, but mostly on fitted modules, and this happens most often when I have a near-complete fit) the program will freeze/lock-up for a few seconds. It does not crash but it may take 5 seconds or longer for the right-click menu to appear, and if this happens for every right click the seconds can add up.

I thought perhaps maybe it was my anti-virus interfering but adding EFT to the exclusions list and even pausing protection does not fix this.


Is this normal? Is there any fix for this? Or anything else I can try to make the right-click menus appear more quickly?
