Why?

Because it would be nice to have Money split into devisions for Savings, Spending Money and so on.
It would also prevent that you from accidentally accepting a scammers contract and loosing 800mil or whatever.

It wouldn't actually stop the scamming because people would need to take the time to setup their devisions and move the ISK around.

It would be nice to be able to mange your ISK a little better rather having it all contained in one devision sitting in one lump sum.

Just a thought.
