What is the diference beetween t2 and t3?

what i know is that t3 can morph and t2 not

do we need a bs with diferent roles?

I prefer more t2 ships like, logistic battleships, electronic warfare battleships (not only the scorpion hull), rather than t3 hulls

same for the destroyers.

and where is my damn logistic t2 frigate!?

Personally, I can see a T3 everything, and hopefully sooner rather than later.

I am collecting ships which look good no matter of their characteristics (I don't use anything above 300M). Could be nice to see more sophisticated designs to park them in Jita and aimlessly fly around once in a while Bear

On a more serious note though, for a tech 3 BS to make sense, a clear niche for it to fill would need to exist. I see none.

T3 cruisers have their subsystems. T3 destroyers have that Transformers feature. One would have to come up with another feature suitable for Battleships that doesn't break the game, but does shake up the meta. Any idea for T3 Battleships would sound rediculous at first. How about making them crazy from a utility standpoint? Refitting, clone vats, RR, Portal Generation, etc? off course with limiters in place that force you to make a few choices from a wide range of options.
