I have removed some rule breaking posts and those quoting them. As always I let some edge cases stay.
Please people, keep it on topic and above all civil! Well, more or less anyway, this is C&P after all.

The Rules:
3. Ranting is prohibited.

A rant is a post that is often filled with angry and counter productive comments. A free exchange of ideas is essential to building a strong sense of community and is helpful in development of the game and community. Rants are disruptive, and incite flaming and trolling. Please post your thoughts in a concise and clear manner while avoiding going off on rambling tangents.

4. Personal attacks are prohibited.

Commonly known as flaming, personal attacks are posts that are designed to personally berate or insult another forum user. Posts of this nature are not beneficial to the community spirit that CCP promote and as such they will not be tolerated.

8. Use of profanity is prohibited.

The use of profanity is prohibited on the EVE Online forums. This includes the partial masking of letters using numbers or alternate symbols, and any attempts at bypassing the profanity filter.

Thanks, Veers! I do plan to enjoy it. I've had a great time fighting Marmite in the past and I will again this time. We get to fight our enemies all the time, but it's a rare and special day when we get to fight with our friends. Our wardec division plans to make the most of it.

What is the point of asking people not to rant or use personal attacks in a thread about a war? - which has all kinds of celebrities posting in it?

We knew exactly who they belonged to. Decided we'd shoot for it anyways, then had too many no shows on Sunday. We were watching WT's as they assembled and enjoyed watching a couple yellow logi's pop, though we actually had nothing to do with that. With the number of no shows we had we decided to pass and let the yellows do their work. We were actually expecting to see Dark Union around as well, but guess not.
