It's a giant box with engines, what is there to test lol.

It's basically a carrier without the firepower and logistics capability, they can apply the same tests from carriers and assume the same results.

Yes because the sole purpose of testing is to work out how the new ship works in the game.

Absolutely no testing at all needs to be done to make sure it doesn't have any weird graphics glitches on the huge range of hardware people run eve on. Nobody needs to check to see if it's bonuses apply properly, to see if the jump fatigue bonuses work.... ect ect ect ect.

We only need to see the stats and then we know everything we need about this ship before it hits tq.....
