I need the isk for festive snowballs and such things. Also will donate 1 bill isk (1 PLEX) to any CCP charities if they have one upon sale if he sells for over 40 bill.

Cant say fairer than that - also hopefully that will get CCP to organise some charity thing going if they haven't already :)
