UI visible, no graphics

Auto-patched, reported problem, repair.exe completed.
Game boots up, logon ui is there but no graphics in background, completely black
After logon, windows and ui are onscreen, but no captains quarters appear
Moving mouse around triggers some of the objects in the room, but

Uninstalled and reinstalled but download reported problem. Repair.exe completed.
Boots up, everything looks fine, ran autopatch again.
Now EXEFile.exe starts and is unresponsive. Logon screen never comes up.
