Do players have the ability to get those type of camera angles? I tried the advance camera toggle but could not tell what changed

Except for the Incursion fleet (which was there) large group actions are more common in null and low. Hard to make a trailer of people being a community when they seldom ARE, when it comes to highsec. The call was put out and these were what came back, simple as that.

If there ARE others who would like THEIR stuff in a promo like this then watch for the next call for submissions. Don't complain that you were not represented . . . represent!

One has to wonder if Ischthar was actually watching the same trailer as the rest of us. I saw a bit of everything represented in this trailer, from Incursions, to Null sec fleet action, to industry, mining, and even ship fitting.

Magnificent effort, from CCP and from the EVE community as a whole.

Yeah I see where your coming from. We should make a cinematic about the highsec bots farming veld/ice dry. Most of the major commerce is done in highsec. which isn't possible without low/nullsec. It's an eco system. Just because you see nullsec corps on a trailer doesn't mean anything. It just happens to be more eventful than lets say.. a 5 minute trailer showing where 'Joe Trader' just made a whopping 6.13% increase on a buy order over the period of a couple minutes margin trading. It's a space game, with lasers. People want to blow up ships (on the average). Give the audience what they want and highlight the exciting parts; As an industrialist myself, if I want appreciation I'll either check my wallet balance or get a dog :P

The composer was one Adam Skorupa. Based in Warsaw, Poland, he's been composing music for our trailers since the first Revelations expansion. An awesome talent for sure.

I'd love to know what kind of graphics setup + special environment is used to render these videos. I have a decent pair of midlevel cards (not ultra-deluxe, just Nvidia GTX 780M), and while Eve looks pretty good on my desktop, it looks nowhere near this spectacular.

Mesmerizing stuff. I spend way too much time every month watching EVE promos and independent chroniclers' efforts on YouTube, and this video was in a league of its own.

I find the lore related narrative in the trailers just more interesting.

On the subject of null sec community; lot of backstabbing and whining going on their too as I recall.
(since I was accused of whining)
You can catch up on TMC about that.
Although it dwindles down with essentially 2 blocks left.

And CCP asked for opinions. Just gave one.
I realize freedom of speech is not a custom (or is just a hypothetical) right everywhere.
