It's ok guys, this is balanced because all of those trillions are just blown up again in massive wars. Wait...

They need to redistribute moon minerals, not mention where or that they're also nerfing them, this will cause disorder, panic and war, good thing that they added an apocalyptic super weapon which can be fitted to Titans or something that wipes out supercaps by the hundreds and even other Titans.
