Tranq password not working on Sisi

Hello,
I am unable to log onto Sisi, it says "There was an error while validating your account, please try again.." When I try the wrong password it says invalid username/password combination.

Never mind, an alliance mate said I should clear my Sisi cache and that seemed to work.
