Launcher wont update ?

my launcher stuck at "(2/4): CREATING EVE_ONLINE_846443-846443_WIN.PATCH 15.0%" for some time,then passed "(2/4): CREATING EVE_ONLINE_846443-846443_WIN.PATCH 25.0%" ,i let it be like that for 8 hours to 10 hours (i was sleeping) İ ran the repair tool 2 times and both it didnt give error, closed pc deleted the steam eve and tried patch again,same, ran the repairer, and its complete with no problems will now run launcher again and wait but same will happen i guess. What to do people ?
