Is there a newer eve fitting tool or another program like it that is up to date? The only download i find is from 2009.

There's also a fitter in EveHQ, and Pyfa.

Also for Android phones (I dont know about iphone) there is a evemon/eft/market checking program called Aura.

Its got a ship fitter, that needs updating slightly (I think just the crucible changes but I dont use it much), but is handy if you want to try something out while away from the computer.

+1 I have this on my phone. Overall great features, although I rarely use the Ship Fitting due to my current lack of ship access beyond T1 Frigs.
