Helios & Drone !?

So, what drone to use on the Helios?

I'm thinking Acolyte TD-300... However I'm not sure if I understand correctly what this drone does, to me it helps you disrupt someone that is trying to target you...? Is this a correct assumption?

Really trying to figure out what one drone can be of help for the Helios.

Thank you in advance for any help, very much appreciated.

Thank you for the quick reply, I should of specified for what use the Helios will be, I apologize for that.

Will be using it for long periods of solo reconnaissance in 0.0, so it will have to be fast and agile.

Obviously the cloak is your best friend, however, sometimes, late at night drunk as a pig, you tend to do mistakes, for these moments of screw up instead of ending up dead (most likely when loose cloak) maybe I can come up with something that will give a couple more seconds of help to get my sh*t together again, like regain cloak or warp away...

Need a Drone that fits into that scenario...

There isn't one bar a single ECM drone and hope it jams on the first cycle. Normal "travel" covert fits would include an ECM Burst giving you a chance that once locked you might break it to warp off. Once they have you nothing apart from ECM is going to save your life.

Thanks once more for your reply.

So you would use an Hornet ED-300 instead of the Acolyte TD-300 ?

I can't find info on what these drones do or how they operate, must admit my ignorance on them.

Hornet EC-300. You want to break a lock, or prevent a lock so you can run.

The TD drone is meant for turret disruption, which won't help you if you get caught.

I keep an ec-300 in my heliosesseeesese, its doesnt work often but it has saved me from tackle frigs once or twice.1

I used to have a clever sig but I lost it.

Thank you for your input, I did check the link before, however, it states nothing about how they operate.

You did explain how they operate, thats what I was looking for, thank you Sir.
