As a tl;dr for people because the OP has posted GM correspondence and it will likely be trimmed;

"I bought ISK against the EULA, my wallet is in the negative and i'm mad because CCP won't help me get back in the positive"

As an aside, I've been in touch with Support numerous times on a range of issues (including billing, fansite support and in-game issues) and I've always had a quick response. So maybe they are just really busy. Or they don't care about you because loliskbuying.

Bad support? You got your answer! You're like a brat in a toy store told, "No you can't have that," who then proceeds to have a screaming fit. We, your fellow citizens, would like to see you stuffed into a shopping cart and driven post haste into the parking lot so we don't have to HEAR YOU. (I think that's what Serene was trying to say, anyway.)

What I'D say is, you don't need money up front to mission. In the time it's taken you to waste all this bandwidth with your BS, you could already be in a positive cash flow position. You did want to "play this game" right?

That is what the first infraction is, they take back the isk you bought, reguardless of if you had it still.

Stop whining and either

Go run missions

borrow isk from a friend

make an alt and send stuff you with to sell to said alt

but a plex from ccp and replenish your wallet

moral of the story... DON;T BE AN IDIOT

if you want isk buy a plex from ccp or there partners. Next time you will get a ban hammer.
