Window for Sleeper Electronics Relics bugged?

In the past it looked like this, now it looks like this.

As you see it still has the Industrytab but you can't click on anything and it doesn't show any information like it did.

Could this be a problem caused by merging Invention and Reverse Engineering?

as i was looking at it i got the same thing...probably best thing will be to write it directly to the phoebe bugs topic :)
