Faster Client Support! and Why is it hidden?

CCP's support function is admirable, admiral. People who aren't happy with it are usually people trying to circumvent the system, who get PO-ed when they get found out and the door slammed in their faces. Then they come in here and rant as though they're a font of authority, but all along they're not telling the WHOLE story.

Good work CCP. Good work you staff members who put in the great effort.

In 5 years Ive filed maybe 5 petittions, I believe only one of them was ever answered.

I don't even bother anymore.

At the top right of this very page you will find a drop down menu saying 'EVE Universe'. Hover over it with your mouse and find the entry 'Support' (just over half way down between the entries 'Account Management' and 'EVE Store').
On the Account Management page itself it is right on top of the page. The same goes for the Community page, etcetera etcetera.
At most it's two clicks away....

That said this thread gets a lock for discussing GM correspondence.
