Small things that should be possible

The ship computer - is quite dumb.

I may forget my MTU, when warping off, then docking and logging out, but the ship computer should not. Some little message somewhere when warping out: "MTU left outside!" "5 drones left behind!", would be nice. Automatically saving (temporary - until logging off) the spot where I left my MTU or drones, would be even nicer.

Directional Scan. Can I just ask the computer to do a directional scan every X seconds instead of pressing the button myself each time? Maybe the X seconds is affected by a new skill.

Option to select orbit at whatever number I want - up to 300km.

Vision outside stations. All those lit windows we see on stations, for sure I should be able to go to my captain's quarter and look out the window. Or select "Show outside camera", and an image from outside the station appears.

Message - yes, would be nice
Saving location - no, if you wanted to leave it behind then no big deal, if you have forgotten them you should be penalized somehow and use probes to find it.

What if you captain quarter is looking on the other side of station where there are no ships? And I'm guessing the window ones are much more expensive to get, so 10 million ISK per day for window room as start, then adjusted prices each 2 weeks based on demand :)

As someone who's terrible at even the easy parts of this game I wouldn't be adverse some shrill headmistress voice screaming at me when I'm about to leave yet another MTU behind.

Let us iterate on this.

Togglable option when engaging warp to get a voice alert for:
Drones out
Deployables out
Command positions get a notification if someone is unable to take a squad warp they aren't set exempt from


While spooling up MJD:
This will break # locks
if unable to engage, reason why

Talking more,

And drinking more

What kind of an advanced universe is EVE is nobody can program a computer to say if you left a MTU behind. But nevermind this, it only happened to me twice.

The other suggestions I made - I am really interested in. Surely they have video cameras? That can be mounted outside stations, where the station guns are. Select "show outside camera", and it would load just like when undocking, just with no undock. And the orbit at whatever range I want option.

Unfortunately, reprogrammable spaceship computers are so intelligent that they eventually become rogue drones. All of them. No exception.

Stupidity should be a bannable offense.

+1s all around. I can't count how many times I've warped off without my drones and basically am just too lazy to go back and collect them so they're on dscan for the rest of the day; however this should only be a popup and not interfere with the warp, for emergency reasons.

Also please, auto-dscan would be incredible.

meh. I don't use drones because I never could remember I was using them (a Gallente pilot that had an empty dronebay???) Perhaps I would start using them if this was added. However I have to -1 because I basically hate anything that makes EVE easier by default.

This would be sweet. I would prefer it if only *I* got to do it. (also I think this might fall into "melts the server" space.

Alternately, you could try not being bad at EvE rather than ask for coded solutions to personal problems.
