Cyno Generator Modules Shows on Ship Model?

Description: If a Cyno generator showed some how as a physical part of a ship model (like a turret) other players would be able to see if a ship were carrying a cyno generator.

Reason: Hot-drop counter that does not involve a complex new game mechanic.

Motive: Some players seem to want a hot-drop counter mechanic and this would be one solution.
