Pos module: Rep and Cap.

The single most anoying thing when living from a pos to me is that when you switch ships, it takes the bare hull, then puts you in the ship and then your skills and modules become active and produce all the extra shield capacity you get from those is only added as max shield amount but not filled with shield points.

Hostile comes in, I quickly want to switch ship to match: nice, I'm ready to shoot him, darn wait my buddy in a logi isn't here and my shields are at 40%.

My proposed rep and cap module would be a module/field inside a pos that quickly reps your shields (and cap and hull and armor) for being close to it (5k?).
Make it a module that costs a nice amount of powergrid and cpu so you can barely online it in a medium pos basically need a large one and make it cost some kind of fuel so that people don't use it when not needed.

But please give me an option to recharge my shields fast in a pos without having to rely on a logi.

I don't see why they even need a seperate item for that ; just have all maintainance arrays top you off when you pull a ship out.

…wouldn't it be better if it just gave you the correct shield/cap amount to begin with?

That would probably solve the issue with fleet bonuses to shield HP as well since chances are that the two issues are related.

It is annoying when this happens, especially in ships with huge HP and low recharge (i.e. caps, supercaps) I think a repping array would probably be too OP in on-pos fighting, but boarding a ship in space with full HP (or at least however many it had when ejected from) would indeed be nice.
