Making a living off of twitch tv? Fugly?

Most of the Twitch streams I've seen are video games, so I would say "yes" as long as no one sees your face.

sure, if you are good, play a lot, and build up followers yes. You have to have followers before you can make decent money as far as I know though.

Yes, but there is a limit how many can do it and I think networking plays a huge part in it. Just playing and posting the videos isn't going to do it. At least not anymore. You need to network as much as possible. If you are part of an existing online community, all the better. Also try to brand your videos if you can. What I mean is, that if you're the thousandth guy doing a lets's play on something and you don't even label it differently, no search engine will show your videos in the first all important pages. If you had a twitch name of "Jove" for example, it might be better to call them "Jove Plays" instead. Anything to differentiate them from the grey mass.

this. I looked into it last year and you needed something like 50k followers before you got paid.
