Appeal to Caldari Militia

It has come to the attention of the Gallente Militia leadership and rank-and-file members alike, that the current state of the Caldari Militia is a horrible disrepair. There are very few pilots actually willing to fight and bleed for their State. There are even fewer who are capable of such deeds with any reasonable level of competence. The few systems that are being held by the CalMil forces are more an attempt from GalMil to herd the targets to some areas, rather than to resort to hunting in highsec. There seems to be no progress in any Caldari offensives. I could go on like this hut I hope you get the idea.

I might be alone in this but I hope other GalMil corp leaders join in my proclamation:

I hereby request that the Caldari Militia surrenders to the forces of the Federation represented by the FDU and associated organizations. This would be unconditional. They will renounce the fascist State that drove them to their unjust war against the Gallente, they will abandon all their remaining warzone systems and they will give all their Raven Navy Issue ships to the GalMil representatives as war reparations (based on Cal Mil highsec activity, that alone should cover all expenses). Then we can embrace the few capable and go on with eradication of other hostile forces in the area (Snuff Box comes to mind).

OR....

The squids could just man the f*** up and show what they are made of. What the hell? Do you have no honour?

Well ....

Fighting for Caldari is like fighting for BIG BUSINESS. It's just not popular unless you have a golden parachute.

HAHAH and lol... If i had a dime for every thread a gal posted about weak state of cal mil and how they can't get fights I'd be a millionaire.. You guys reap what you sow my friend, you reap what you sow. You guys have been so dominate for so long holding so many key systems that cal mil has never had a chance to rebuild and honestly there is nothing their for them to rebuild on.

You guys have had great organization and great pvp corps that have been in militia for a long time, and huge well funded entities. SOTF comes to mind with their titan. Cal mil just can't compete. minimatar and amarr has an nice back and forth perhaps you guys should move up to that warzone permanently put minnies at t5 make iskies fight us then move back in a year or so and hope caldari can form up a bit.. but probably not caldari has been terrible since I started which was like 5 years ago.. i don't think it will ever change. It might just be time for you guys to build up to where you can take out snuff and SC I'm sure they would be a challenge for you guys.. GL

I know that the point is gals on top of having more experienced FC's better pvpers have also been better funded.. for a long time. Nothing you can do to fix it it just is what it is. There is no way for cal mil to build because anyone who learns to fly eventually gets burnt out by the overwhelming odds and just moves on. You guys have a strong core that is still there. Until that core moves on or just gives up Cal mil will never rebuild... one thing you could try is to move back to heyd... might let cal mil get a foothold.. but people been trying to answer the caldari fw failcascade for over half a decade now... I just think it's one of those things that doesn't have an answer.

And they wernt interested in squids for a lot longer.

As i see it, the squids just lack an objective. If those 25-30 man fleets actually did something useful rather than camp a gate and run from fights it might be interesting.

IMHO, squids are better than amarr. We have beaten cal mil back to high sec a couple of times but they come right back. and resettled in low sec. Its that determination to not cop out and move to non FW space permanently that sets cal mil apart from the cowardly farmmarians.

There is too few of us to bother.

Those 30 man fleets take like an hour to get ready as well. Still hear on comms "yeah I'm bringing my Vexor from Jita" - Dafuq lol?!

To summarize:
Not enough people joining calmil corps that know what they are doing
Not enough people moving out from Jita/Nourv/Tama
Still not enough people showing appreciation for living in Lowsec (no camps, easy warzone access, etc).
Way too many calmil trivialise things like - the time it takes to fit, get ready, undock, go 10j. Frequently you hear people going like "WTF why is there no calmil in Ouletta (dafuq is that place?)" or "Jovainnon (who? where?)" and "I need help I am tackled" - "k cmng to halp brav 10j out".

Addition of Large plexes to the respawn definitely doesn't help a faction like Caldari with where they are at now.

It's a lot harder to "upship" someone enough to matter in an occupancy fight in a novice or small plex.

There is a third option. Surrender, and then join us!

If you want to come as an individual pilot, then JUSTK is recruiting.

If you want to bring your entire corporation into the Federation Militia but think you can't because of standings issues.... don't sweat it. We have enough deplexing alts with high standings we can put into your corps to get you positive.

In other news, it seems alliances like Villore Accords or Bastard Cartel are close to getting their own Titan to help with Gallente operations in the area and act elite against Caldari and pirate entities such as SNUFF. And then they complain about why Caldari won't fight them. LOL

So i will be starting a Titan fund, open to everyone, as it will be a tool used by all of us. so, if your able to spare some isk, assets, ships, ect, i am asking for your support to help make GalMil even better!

This titan will be able to support our fleet operations, and we can wave our HUGE EPEEN infront of all the pirate groups in our area and show we are nothing to **** with, as we showed snuff box that over the weekend. It would change the way we conduct ops within our area..

After enough of them get used to humping a titan it'll be even easier for you to take systems since they won't be undocked and in plexes.

[EDIT] - You should take XG up on his recruitment offer.

If you can get more than 10 peeps to actually form up in under an hour that's a serious ******* improvement from when there was a reasonable parity between the sides.

...

You're a funny man. Good luck with thinking that taunting, demanding or crying will achieve anything.
We fight where, when and how we please... only a Gallente would brute force their way somewhere, that or a fool; but then I do tend to have a difficult time telling the two apart.

Perhaps, but those large fleets are in the hands of people who don't give a **** about FW itself; they just want enough PVP to keep their numbers entertained.

As for the rest, I don't know; had to step away (still not properly back to playing much yet) but the sentiment I've been getting, is one of guys who have just be absolutely broken. I mean low-moral has often been something you deal with being Caldari, but this is not a case of just being knocked down... we had the absolute **** beaten out of us until there was damn near nothing recognisable left.

It isn't something you can just walk off. I'm sorry to say it mate, but Gallente are just too big for their own good right now; and honestly have been for a while now. Don't get me wrong, I doubt anyone is actually going to leave anytime soon. Eventually there might be a resurgence, but if my inbox is anything to go by; I REALLY wouldn't hold you breath on that happening anytime soon.
