I get this also. Very annoying when there are a hunred ships coming out at once. Also, The Station Guest List??? Still broken. :(

Auto updater is broken on the launcher?

The yellow bar along the bottom fails to appear at all, game does not update, so can't start eve.

Yeah I'm getting this too. Can't use the exefile.exe either, automatically says can't connect to the ip on port 26000.

Edit: Tried clearing the data in launcher/cache. Launcher loads and validates, then gets stuck on creating the patch

Edit edit: reloaded and now it's dl'ing the patch, just v slowly. Fingers crossed.

Cap booster 25, 75 and 100's all take 4:00 to build, cap booster 50's take 8:00 to build. Is this an error?

Patch notes for Phoebe 1.3 wrote:
Cap Booster 50 blueprints have had their job times halved and max runs doubled, and should now be in line with Cap Booster 25s.

But it's not actually fixed yet. Unless they need to be doubled / halved again.

I'm having an issue with my Rorqual still only being able to jump 5ly and the ship being generally useless outside of local logistics and a POS ornament. Is that intended?

(friendly "remember to check rorqual data and please fix this ship" comment of the day)

Don't know if already reported.

When I stack directional scanner window with probe scan window, and if I put directional window as currently visible (no matter the order of windows in tabs), when docking and than un-docking from station, it always makes probe scan window primary and visible.


Can you please look into this?

first bug report - in escalations you can bookmark the location via journal, but you cant warp on em.

second - can you recheck the loot table? i think you reversed it wrong way. Just for statistic - done 5 10/10 deds, got just one bpc, and 4 modules. Next, done 12 8/10, just 9 modules and NO BPC. Done 6 7/10, 8 modules and NO BPC. That cant be right.

PHOEBE ISSUES AS OF NOV 14, 2014:


- SELLING UI WINDOW ERROR: Despite the words in the patch notes and the Selling Items windows itself, I still CANNOT "drag and drop" any additional items into the Market Selling window, at least not when I'm trying to sell goods for my corporation. However, while I have a selling window open, if I select another item in my corporate inventory and right-click "Sell Item", it will add it to the selling window as a list of multiple items to be sold cumulatively. It just would be nice to actually "drag" and "drop" the items without the current click-fest needed to sell multiple sell orders.

- "NOTIFICATIONS" SETTINGS ERROR: The Notifications Settings do NOTHING to actually affect the "stack size" display of the Notifications window itself. The sliding scale option might as well be removed if it has no purpose. Though I personally detest the Notifications "thing", sadly, I am forced to keep it just so I can see my contacts log on/off in the game. The "blue numbered tab" buildup of unread notifications is additionally annoying, though.

- CEO INTERFACE HIGHLIGHTING ERROR: There appears to be an odd error in the CEO interface, specificly under the members/roles/titles section. A while ago, CCP made a nice improvement by highlightly the "line" or "row" you are on, which helps when all the compact info is crunch in there, but now, you have to get your pointer JUST RIGHT to somehow activate the line to highlight itself to stand out from all the other compact rows.

- ODD CONTROL KEY ERROR(?): While holding down the "CONTROL" key for "selectively selecting" various items one by one, IF in space, like while at your own POS, the words: "LOCK TARGET - Click Target" boldly in the middle of the screen. This gets somewhat tedious and pointless when attempting to selectively move items. Is this purposeful?

- UNDOCKING: Upon undocking from any station, the camera view is maximumly "zoomed-in/close" forcing one to constantly "zoom out" before getting any axis-orientation ("bearings"). This still has been an unresolved bug for several months/"upgrades", w/promises of resolution. NOTE: this problem is regardless of ship size (i.e. shuttle or freighter).

- RANDOM SOCKET CLOSURE/CONNECTION LOSS: Well I thought this was a thing of the Cryus past, but recently more since Oceanus, the game will randomly fade to 90% black with 2 overlapping duplicate error windows titled: Connection Lost stating "The socket was closed" with the only valid button option saying "Quit" on it.

STILL UNRESOLVED SINCE CRYUS AND HYPERION:

- INDUSTRY LOOPING ERROR: Occasionally, the entire Industry functionality will simply "stop functioning" (it will not allow the submission of any jobs, with a persistently lopping error stating: "The price of the job has changed". Closing the Industry UI window down and reopening it temporarily "fixes" (resets?) it for more functionality until it loop-locks again with same error.

- INDUSTRY UI NOISE ERROR: The INDUSTRY UI makes its now-signature Industry UI "clink-buzz" noise whenever there is activity in an open window that happens to be "layered" atop of it. Aside from annoyance, overall, in terms of "Issues", it forces the Industry UI to "FLASH" black for a moment every time something is moved from one top-most level window to another (without ever actually submitting anything to the Industry UI - mimicking what happens after submitting a blueprint into the Industry UI. Again: this ONLY occurs when the mouse is over the area of the Industry's window, when working in open windows layered ON TOP OF the Industry UI's perimeter.

- CLOAKING EFFECT: Though the framerate seems to have been fixed, I am reminded of early Disney animation (like Fantasia or something) when viewing the cloaking effect. It's white pixelations becomes visually cartoon-animated with bright aliased white pixels, especially when zoomed out. Perhaps lessening the white levels would make the cloaking effect somewhat believable amidst the realism of the reast of the game's visuals...?

When trying to build things from bpc's it will say that I don't have the required components even though I have everything in my hanger. I have moved the bpc to different areas, restarted client, restarted my computer and nothing seems to work. I have tried for days and it still won't let me make them keeps saying I don't have the required materials.

The ones I have that are doing this are serpentis sensor dampening battery, ares and large ancillary shield booster. I don't know if there are others but if I find more I'll add them to this list.

Add dragonfly, firbolg and templar to the list.

Going on my 4th day of being unable to log in. Bug report and support tickets created. Not even a "we are aware of the issue and working on it" from CCP.

A simple acknowledgement would be nice. Evil

Whelp, idk what gave me the idea to do this, but I swapped in an old nvidia card to replace my even older on-board vid card (which has worked fine for almost 2 yrs now) and Im back in the game.

So if ya got some sheet in your closet thats not as old as the sheet on your desk, give it a try.

As reported by Wartrice above, I can't invent on a blueprint. Currently can't invent on Punisher, even though all required items are in the Item Hanger. Decrypters are greyed out despite being in the hanger also. Tried reboot, moving bpc to hanger, etc and it still can't be invented.

Edit: reported through ingame bug report with screenshots.

There is a graphical issue in the "Character Customization" screen, and associated portrait photo shoot with the way sunglasses are getting rendered: they are much more translucent than they were previously, causing there to be no "full black" shades anymore.

edit: nm it seems to be something specific to my one machine.
