But I would be deeply concerned that they would trash it like they did with the S&I interface and make it less useable for the advanced user in preferance for making it more accessible for the occasional user.

I see the best solution for all of these interfaces is to have a simple/advanced mode toggle, because there is no way you can make something that is complex enough to be useful to me while also being simple enough to be useful to the average disinterested mission runner.

What is missing for you in the new S&I interface?

S&I is now soooooo sloooooow.

It's less clicks to start 10 identical jobs from different blueprints than it used to be, but it takes longer.

Speed, reliability and resizeability would be my main issues.

It's slow and you cannot click through the slowness because it doesn't handle that well at all. I expect it works better if you only have a small number of blueprints.

It's buggy, but I expect we'll see that improve over time. It's less buggy if you don't try to use it quickly.

It's big, cannot be reduced down much and cannot be made transparent or pinned like a normal window making it difficult to work around.

I do however appreciate a lot of the improvements that came with it, I just wish it hadn't been at the cost of the fast, reliable and small window I used to have.

I think if there was a simple/advanced toggle I would use both, assuming the simple one is smaller and defaults intelligently and the advanced one is the screen hog we have now.

I agree it's pretty slow but I get around that by pressing the down arrow after starting a job, waiting a fraction of a second and then clicking start, overall it's a lot faster than before for me at both sorting through thousands of BPOs and researching hundreds. I guess I've just been overlooking the bugs, but they're certainly there and I'm going to start compiling a list. I was annoyed about the size of the window on my tablet, but now that they've made both the top and bottom sections collapsible it's much better, although the big slot in the middle could do with shrinking ;).

I just had the misfortune to finally use the new UI after a long spate of business travel.

Holy god. Whoever designed this clearly doesn't do anything on the market at all. Dragging and dropping from deliveries to sell anything over and over is the most godawful design. Yes, lets make everyone take broker fees just because the UI is so bad.

Give us back the old way as a toggle.

the % deviation from average is way too small.

I've also noticed it's sometimes red when it should b green, and vice versa
