Ice Compressing

I was not active for some month and I think I missed some updates. Some information I could google, some not.

Question:
ICE COMPRESSING BLUEPRINTS - where to get them?
Seems NPC stations and markets are swiped.

Before we always had a 75 vs 100% compression rate compared to Station compressing.

As of my understanding we can:

Compress at station - 100%
Rorqual - 75%
POS with Compressing Array - 75%

Is this still correct?

POS with Compressing Array: Do we still need Compressing BP for ice as with the Rorqual?

Thanks alot

Compression blueprints were removed. You can compress either at a pos with the Compression Array onlined or with a Rorqual. Just right click the ice and click "Compress". Both cases give you a compression rate of 10:1.

Thanks alot. This maybe explains why my ore compression BPs are gone from the inventory as well :)

Have to figure out about the yield now Station vs. Rorqual vs. POS.

PS: I see stations can´t compress?

You can't compress at a station. Never have been able to. Refining, yes. Compressing, no.

POS and Rorq compress identically and both do the compression instantly.

One compressed block has the same yield as one uncompressed block, if that's what you're asking about.

I thought it was different, since 1 compressed block = 100 uncompressed? It would explain why the yield in info tab shows same results for both (since minimum units uncompressed is 100).

Ice = 1:1
Ore = 100:1

Also note that ore refining and compression has changed significantly also. Here's the devblog discussing it: Reprocess all the things!
