Mah Naglfar, It's lifts no longer rise and fall with majestic grace. How am i expected to sit through Capital Escalations when the most interesting part of that experience no longer works as intended. Is my Naglfar the only one suffering this gross injustice?

I always imagined it was bringing up ammo, not people.

Regardless, this is a significant downer to all nag pilots. Now its just a boring vertical stick.

The lifts actually were there to speed up the movement of the ship's engineers. It is a complex job to be able to jump a Nagalfar extended distances, and the engineers need to move to different parts of the boat quickly to make the fine adjustments needed to make those jumps safely.

However, due to an unfortunate industrial accident involving the production of doomsday devices, the planet that manufactures the specialized tools that keep up the maintenance of the lifts, no long exists. And now because of the longer time needed to move about the ship, the Nagalfar can now only jump a maximum of 5 AU.

We can only hope that someone builds a new factory soon, so the lifts can get back into repair, but as these tools required a very rare element found on the now missing planet, we could be in for a long, uncertain wait.

Naglfar crewmen have been consistently failing routine physicals, as a consequence the lifts have been offlined and the crew must walk up 5 kilometers of stairs to get to the mess hall.

Such a shame that when they get to the mess hall, they discover the kitchens are at the bottom of 5km of stairs and the Chefs are lazy and lardy assed and refuse to leave their post...... What do do with all this food!Shocked and the problem grows.....
