I run EVE on my Dell Venue 8 Pro, but I prefer to remote control my PC at home to play which I can do from my phone too.

The Intel NUC is the smallest thing I have ever tried to run EVE on.

I'd wager anything with Intel HD4000 graphics can run EVE - though I haven't tried it to be certain.

You can do a search on Youtube for the keywords 'eve online tablets' and it'll show you some guy logging on and playing around with eve (as well as other games and mmos) on a MS Surface tablet (i forget if its the first or the second iteration).

For the lowest specs.. I think as long as the graphics card is Shader 3.0 capable, the game will run. I still haven't tried using some Shader 3.0 emulators on my heavily modified 80286 though.. but once I get the time..

edit: play on smartphone via Google Remote Destop or VNC. Its sorta like ISBOXER, it streams the graphics(think video playback) and controls the mouse on your pc. Most i've seen is control via wifi.

I play on my surface pro 2, wide open graphics are amazing and my Fps is in the 60's. But as someone said you need to wear 2x reading glasses or have great eye sight. Not sure why previous poster can only play on medium graphics. Sad
