Isotopes price collapse (due to reduced jump drive demand)

LO3 was always a hisec import, and will likely remain so.

Heavy Water only has two uses: POS fuel blocks, and industrial core fuel. I'm surprised it has any value at this point.

The isotopes market has never been very large, and has a long history of manipulation. Particularly Nitrogen and Oxygen isotopes. A lot of Nitrogen isotopes is imported from nulsec, prompting manipulation to keep the price high.

The markets are not so much collapsing as normalizing.
