Hey guys im lookin to buy a gaming computer, tryin to keep it under 700$ Ive found these 2 comps

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2032280010%201308920938&bop=And&CompareItemList=10%7C83-227-369%5E83-227-369-TS%2C83-229-300%5E83-229-300-TS

There are a few differences between them but the price is almost the same and i cant decide, I know more about software than i do hardware so if anyone could help me out i would appreciate it.

I know for eve these computers would do great but what about other games such as bf3 and diablo 3?

link is broken, it needs to have browser information for the compare function to work, that data is only created by the person visiting the webpage. Link the two individually and we can see. (edit: i found the two items anyways)

The one that is bassed of the 1055t is an older AMD processor, the other is the 4100 FX a newer AMD processor. The 1055t is the better processor in almost all scenarios, it performs better in 3dmark, cenibench, handbrake and in gameing benches. It also beats the newer processor in power consumption. Both boxes have exact same parts other than motherboards (which may be AM3+ in which case they are the same)

I would suggest building yourself, but some of the newegg DIY sets do shave off a few dollars.

I just looked at few sets of comps at newegg and none really impress me. I would suggest to buy something cheap ($ 300-400 range), then add your own power supply and your own video card.

Some of the so called gaming rigs on newegg come with GT 520 video cards, which are pathetic. How they got placed into gaming category is beyond me.
