Hello again everyone, as our first tournament was so awesome (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=373886) I have decided to host another one! This time, due to multiple requests from last participants, we are stepping it up all the way to T1 BC's. This should be so fun I may even enter myself. So, lets go through how this things is gonna work.


I will be streaming each and every fight at www.twitch.tv/kar_athri. Hopefully I will figure out a way to get all the fights in one place and make something awesome with it.

Below is how the whole thing will work. In order to join, join the mailing list Kar Athri's BC Tourny and send an eve mail to Vestion Stenier-Tian from the character you are entering, saying what brackets you want to be in. For teams, I only need one mail from one member linking the second member in the mail. I also need a team name, because cheesy team names are the most important part.

I will then get to work on organizing the brackets. The mailing list is for updates/info ect that may or may not be important.


Both contestants will dock in a station until it is their time to fight. They will then join the official fleet and warp to a safe at a range of 0-20km, their choice. They may choose the angle as well. When they land they cannot move their ship or launch drones or lock each other. They then start when told. Whoever wins moves onto the next bracket.

Contestants are allowed to change ships and fittings between fights, but do not have to.

For 2v2 teams, the same thing is done as the solo brackets. Teams will join TS channels provided for them so they can talk to each other. Different members can warp in at different ranges. Team members cannot be changed.

In the event of a tie, being which a fight is clear that it will not go one way or another, the fight will be reset and the contestants must both warp at 10km from the station. If it somehow happens again, fits will be put into EFT and whoever has the most dps wins the round.

It would be nice if people didn't use implants too excessively. There is no way of enforcing it, but if possible, please try to avoid rocking up in full slaves, it makes it less fair on the poor commoner scrubs.

Rules:

T1 BC's only, no navy

No large gun BC's (Talos, Naga, Nado, Oracle)

Must be in fleet

No form of ECM allowed

No cloaks

Cannot leave area of 150km off the cyno inhib

Cannot warp after landed on grid before the fight ends

Cannot drop fleet before the fight ends

Combat Boosters (drugs) are allowed

Pod killing is allowed

Faction/dead space/officer modules are allowed

No logi ships allowed in the teams, however RR is allowed.

Right so we dont really have enough contestants right now so my bad for making it so short notice. Going to be pushing it forward two weeks, if we get enough contestants in a short amount of time I may be able to make it sooner but otherwise we will go with what we have onthe 15th.
