Hello, I am very new. And I am amazed by the huge variety of spaceships.

but some are not listed. like Stratos Emergency Responder. Only found in contract market.

Or Guardian-Vexor and Mimir for example.

Where can I find those?

They're all very rare ships to various degrees.

The Stratios Emergency Responder was a prize ship for a lottery I believe, part of the EVE Vegas events if I found the right info.

The Mimir is a prize ship from the Alliance Tournament (AT 7 to be precise), the winning team has a 50-run BPC for them.
The owning alliance may well sell them, but at prices that reflect their extreme power and rarity.

The Guardian-Vexor is an older Tournament prize ship, 10 BPCs of 5 runs each were given out, so a maximum of 50 existed at one point in the game, several have been destroyed. They're extremely hard to find, and damn near priceless.

All of them would cost many, many billions of ISK in game if you can even find someone to sell it to you.

If CCP ever finishes WiS they need to turn his ollection into an actuall exhibition ingame you can walk through.
