The irony is that a "seagull manager" is defined as someone who flies in, makes a lot of noise, defecates all over the place and then flies off ;)

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

Yeah well this seagull flies in 0 gravity with no air to create pressure difference to create lift, sings songs of a golden age, defecates space rainbows and cookies and flies off into the sunset.
