These are non-jsig codes for systems in Anoikis.

31002378 = J150020 a Wormhole Class 6 Magnetar system with W237 (C6) static. Occupied by No Holes Barred
31000005 = I was unable to identify this system.
31001647 = J211817 a Wormhole Class 4 Pulsar system with C247 (C3), X877 (C4) statics. Occupied by The Night Crew
31000520 = J150859 a Wormhole Class 2 system with B274 (Highsec), Y683 (C4) statics...this is the HQ system of my alliance
31002479 = J100820 a Wormhole Class 5 system with H296 (C5) static. Occupied by Sleeper Social Club


It is pretty sad that I thought those might be designations for star systems with a casual glance.

Forgive me I do not know your communication protocols.
I merely wish to bring attention to the fact that earlier a fleet made an incursion into our home system. They were looking for something, as to what, I am not at liberty to say. However, that fleet had ties to this group, hence I am here.
We dealt with that fleet with extreme prejudice. We will continue to deal with invaders in similar manor.

Let me make this clear. J211817 is OFF limits!

As a simple researcher, I'd like to ask you - and any other Anoikis-established capsuleer group - to welcome Arek'Jalaan investigators. Under your own terms, and in the limits you see fit, of course.

I can understand that you felt threatened, but my peers meant no malice, I'm sure, and if you allow us some time to explain, you will see that important events make such trespassing a necessity.

We, Arek'Jalaan, have no central command at the moment, which explain the chaotic nature of our non-existent diplomacy. *pause for subtext effect*

As for Site One, which I prefer to refer to as Antiquus, Ms Taam here answered better than I could already. It's not a mythical place in Anoikis that we would be searching for, but our headquarters in Metropolis. Or was our headquarters. We're not going there, we're coming from there.

Great job, you know what happened to the last guy saying something like that? We ignored him and swarmed the places!

Science shall not be halted by the demands of those who seek to limit knowledge. However, once your claim has been asserted that nothing out the ordinary is at planet 1, your demands will be followed. After all, verification of claims is part of the scientific process.

On an added note, currently there's no clear sign that wormhole system J211817 is related to Hilen Tukoss, but until final conclusions have been reached, it should not be discarded as a possible option.
My advice on the whole deal, focus primarily on the leads we currently have & try to find out more about the string of code that remained coded in the message & the other coded line in the Concord message, perhaps there's more to it?

What I've been hearing is that there is a sleeper storage facility anchored at planet one in J211817 but I've yet to find a WH connection to confirm or deny this. I did however see some poor picture of it.
