Dominix or Raven LVL4 mission?

I m looking for a ship that can deal with lvl4 mission, and now I m so confuse. I want to play drones but I have cruise missile lvl5. So I m just wondering if Dominix is worth for me to change my skill to drones specialization instead of missile specialization?

Rattlesnake! It's dirt cheap, and uses both drones AND cruise missiles. Passive tank it and watch Netflix while running missions. It'll hit over 1k dps even with mild skills and T2 gear, and the tank is never stressed.

I'm a big fan of the New 'snake. You can fly it as a Raven while your sentry drone skills improve.

You see a lot of missile boats running L4s. However, I would note that they aren't favored in Incursions.
