Incase you missed it, I was amused by another loser much like yourself who thinks others will fall for bait....guy blows up to his own mistakes and choice of trying to warp into another's mission expecting someone to start a fight (when you can start one anytime you want, others do not have to start), for me it was like watching those old TV sitcoms where you know what will happen and still get a chuckle out of the punchline. Didn't have to do a thing myself, just watching others fail was hilarious....just like others who like to harp on poor fail fits or idiots who fly bling ships in lowsec solo or AFK freighters with cargo expanders and 10 billion worth of crap in hold.

MTU's are crap anyway, over expensive and easy item to put isk in someone else's wallet. No need to warp back to the stupid deployable implemented for lazy players who can't use Orcas, Marauders, Noctis, and such that already existed with tractor bonus.

MTUs WAD. They make loot collection automatic and easier, but the downside is that they can be shot without CONCORD showing up. Seems like a reasonable balance.

A more interesting counter-point question is why is a can jettisoned by someone suspect flagged effectively made takeable by all, without the subsequent looter going suspect themselves?

Here's the thing, people are already protected from looting themselves into suspect status by their shiny new crimewatch 'GREEN' safety setting right?...so someone tell me, why did CCP go that extra step to further bubble-wrap carebears by making a suspects jetcan globablly takeable, and not just rely on their safety settings?

Because they wanted to put a bullet in the head of can-flipping. They wanted to make sure a stupid bear didn't just switch his safety from GREEN to YELLOW to take back his stuffs, and subsequently still get murdered, even though he CHOSE to go YELLOW and loot a can.

Now, if only CSM carebears like Mike Asariah put the same level of attention of focus on remediating 'inconsistent mechanics' on the HTFU side of the equation as above, and not just coming down on the nerf side of the equation (like fail-rationalizing the impending removal of Safari'ing & shooting corp blues), my life might perhaps be complete.

You do realise that a mack can fit a long point, a DC II, drone damage amp, 3 tank modules, omnidirectional tracking enhancer, small neut *and* a strip miner, don't you? Throw in a flight of warriors in the drone bay and tack on some appropriate rigs to complete the surprise for the next person who intereferes with your mining will get a surprise.

What you're saying is that you need to be able to shoot jet cans without going criminal and that you should just get a suspect timer instead.
