SCC Payout for confiscated obsolete items

Greetings,

I have an entry in my journal on the 4th Nov (patch day) that shows a GM payed me just under 5.5 Mil with to roll over text saying 'SCC Payout for confiscated obsolete items'

I'm interested in what has been confiscated, I've had a look at a few of the latest dev blogs and skimmed the forums for a related topic but I haven't uncovered anything... any ideas?

I've got so much stuff scattered all over the place, I would be on forever trying to figure what it was... I'm guessing maybe something invention related?

Fairly certain it was a refund for the data interfaces that changed.
