101 New WH systems coming in Rhea?

Just finished the crossing zebras interview with CCP Rise and CCP Fozzie - They mentioned 101 new systems coming in Rhea, of which Thera will simply be the 101st.

Is there a Dev Blog up on this yet?

*massively excited*

Conjecture: Are these the sleeper home systems? Would tie in nicely with the lore about increased activity and the interest from the empires in sleeper loot.

Somehow I can picture people finally creating some sort of Thera CONCORD... Either that or some Bloc is going to try and take command of it...

Considering the EVE playerbase, it'll become one giant killing field...
