I like it a lot- but maybe you could have darker eyelashes and more menacing eyebrows- and maybe a different eye color:

You look like a turtle in thumbnail, but zoomed in its a different story. Great use of scars and pose. 8/10.

Portrait could benefit greatly from higher intensity lighting, and/or brighter background to contrast the character. The angle of your head could be adjusted slightly to give more personality, as the face seems rather bland. You could add a smirk/expression to your character's face as well, to aid the 'intent' of your pilot.

hmm... fairly typical in overall design though i do like the fact you have the spotlight on your face and are not hiding in the dark like 95% of the playerbase. 7/10.

Light, for having a lot of it its under utilised in your portrait.
theirs very little contrast in yours and that's a shame because shes got one of the better looking faces iv seen around here.
And im nit picking here but the negative shapes behind her are a little boring.
good job but could be great with a bit of tweaking.

I love the schemey old man vibe. It really works, and you put together a great shot. I just can't stand blank eyes. 8/10 IMO.

You look grumpy. I'm not a fan of the cloudy eye, but that's just personal preference. Good angle for the hair.
