Can we just assume OP is a troll or some form of Goon hermit that refuses to interact with other Goons even if it would make their life easier?

It's good to see that our good friends in WI. have decided to export some of their quality posting to the public forums.

Don't kid yourselves. Even the dirtiest pirates from the birth of EVE have been carebears. They use alts to bring them goods at cheap prices and safely, rather than live with consequences of their in game actions on their main, from concord to prices

As soon as we get racial ores, ice and moon goo in every region.

O wait, it's CCP, still need to import every day as long as people don't try to corner the market for certain goo (100% chance at this).

Did you see thread starter mention a carrier?

I, too, complain because I can't wear a shoe on my face. The lack of flexibility is infuriating.

Importation is not a problem, assuming that one is using the correct ship type for the job. That was the point behind the 90% reduction in fatigue that haulers get.

A Fatigue Timer display on the forums! Brilliant!

Excellent! Sounds like the changes are working as intended. Your carrier should not function as a hauler, that's what jump freighters are for. The fact that it takes you 5 hours to get to Jita means that it will be much harder for coalitions to project across half of null. If a side effect is that local markets will arise in null or wormholes will see more usage, all the better.

If you didn't notice a difference then this change would all be hot air, so your irritation is a good sign.

Personally, I think the jump range nerf was a bit much. I'm perfectly fine with how fatigue is handled and that system slows down jumps from one side of the map to the other by itself. A more modest range nerf , at least to non super caps, would have been (IMHO) a better way to go.

I agree, however on the bright side I did leave two carriers and a dread in deep NPC 0.0 to sell at a premium to people who have no chance of being able to move one in, ho hum...

When the going gets tough the Gankers get their CSM rep to change mechanics in their favour.

Once you get past the dampened cheeks, runny mascara, and leaky nose, it appears to be OP lamenting the fact that they can't stop being poor, and try to jump all their own junk back and forth between null and highsec using a carrier.

But yes there is a shortage of station containers where I live for all these goon tears.

How did you get a carrier into Jita?

Mittens didn't like carriers teleporting all over the map. Mittens gets what Mittens wants.

So what you're saying is that a Goon is quitting the game? Yay for the rest of us!

Yes, Mittens (and most players with more than half of a brain) wanted what was best for the game. We're getting there. Hell, just look at how much Eve has woken up since Phoebe's announcement.

Goons, just like people from every other groups, quit all of the time. They just have such a consistent and large influx of newbees, that it will probably be hard to tell, unless you actually know the people leaving (and eventually coming back).

I must say, there's a certain sense of irony involved with a Goon quitting EVE because he can't play the way he wants....

I bought a Black Ops for my null alt that can fly one purely for the purpose of moving loot to empire to sell(longer range and less waiting). Even then it's still 4 jumps from where I am to get to a high sec entrance system so i don't move it very often, glad i trained 4 cyno toons lol.

Same. All four mains have Cyno 5, Black Ops and bridge skills.

I've never owned a Carrier, even though again, all mains can fly them. The only difference between then and now is, I buy Carriers or build them knowing they have a single purpose of repairing structure damage from any random sub cap, player incursion. My future Capital investments will be to defend Sov. I kind of prefer it that way. It's the only policy situation where I can exercise NBSI doctrine.
