The assumption that pilot Tukoss was the 'head' of Arek'Jaalan is incorrect.
On multiple occasions he stated both publicly and within the channel bearing the project's name, that he was not interested in such a position.

The capsuleers involved chose to look to him for guidance and, at times, permission to perform their tasks.
However that was their choice, not the mandate of Arek'Jaalan.

We would also note that, at the time of pilot Tukoss' disappearance, there were multiple aggressive splinter groups working in direct opposition to one another within the project.

From what we experienced at the time, most withdrew from the project due to the apparent negative influence of Nation and Blood Raider supporters, and the constant infighting that was caused by this.

To reiterate our initial point.
Arek'Jaalan should have no single or group command instance.
The intent was simply for a place for collaborative and individual scientific and research endeavours to come together, in the hope of future advancement.

Given the above fact, this premise of this symposium is flawed.
