RvB Ganked. Weekly Themed NPSI Roams

RvB Ganked is one of EVE's larger NPSI roams, if not the largest.

We have been running for over two years now, have run 120+ successful events including Ganked 100, an ATXI anti Dev roam public fleet, and many others along the way. To date we have scored over 1 trillion isk in damage.

Our fleets as I say above are NPSI, and ANYONE is able to join in and fly with us. You can be at war with RvB, you can be in the militias and at war with each other, yet Ganked will welcome you and so will all the pilots who fly with us. We now reguarly average 180+ in our weekly fleets, pilots of all different experience levels in the game who just want to spend a Saturday evening getting into fun ships, and finding great fights to take part in.

To join in the fun make sure you join the channel "RvB Ganked" in game and join the in game mailing list of the same name. We run roams every Saturday, as well as for any events that crop up during the week in whatever timezone.

I look forward to seeing many people join Ganked during this coming year!

If you've been living under a rock and haven't heard of RvB Ganked yet, this is something that you need to rectify immediately. Great fun, amazing fleets, no politics and a great environments just to PvP for the sake of PvP and a love of the game. Over one hundred weekly fleets speaks for itself. Highly recommended, a lot of fun.

You should just see how quickly things melt to a "22" man enyo gang.


A good way for people to get into fleet warfare, with a basic doctrine, without it being too strict.

Been out with RvB Ganked the last two weekends. Neither weekend was I able to bring a doctrine ship. No one cared. Also.. so many kills...

The title does not refer to EVE's popo's, but to the start of the seppo war of independence and its opening battles. Ganked: Resurrection Day

Now as this is resurrection day, we will be reprising a couple of my favourite themes from the past few months.

For part one we will fly Interceptors and will be roaming deep into renter space - Bring some probes!!!! We depart Rens @ 12.00 UTC

For part two we will once again fly out in my favourite Amarr based theme. Lasers, Neuts, Armour (Basically fits from 4 weeks ago and the Ides of March roam):

Prophecies, Harbs, Omens, Mallers, Arbies, Ashimmu's, Cruors etc. Armour logi will be excellent. Tacklers & Bubblers (Hics & Dics) too.

We're going out again this coming weekend. Hot on the heels of the RvB Spring Cup I decided to run a theme that celebrates the winning setup.

When: Saturday 14th June 2014

Time: Form up from 19.00 UTC / Depart 20.00 UTC

What: Shield Rail Thorax (or Moas). RLML Caracals. Damps/Ewar. Shield Logistics. Tackle frigs.

Why: Because running with a setup based on the winning setup from the RvB Spring Cup is a banging idea!

Ganked 121: Big Number

When: Saturday 21st June 2014

Time: Form up from 19.00 UTC / Depart 20.00 UTC

Where: Khanid Prime / Efa (Blinkies will have to safe spot in Efa)

What: High DPS. BC Down.

Fleet Comp: I suspect it's going to turn into a blaster-boat night, so we'll run with Armour-tanks to suit the Gallente boats - which also means a change from shield-comps. I'll biring some links and hopefully we'll have some logi. This should leave us plenty of mids for e-war... would like to get a nice spread of e-war, but especially damps!

I'll opt for BC and below (although I suspect I'm going to hate the lack of mobility...) but would also be nice to see plenty of cruisers/frigates to provide tackle/ewar support. (Also you're more agile to get ahead for small skirmishes - busting gate camps etc)

RvB - one of EVE's institutions is 5 years old on the 25th September. As with every birthday we are celebrating this with numerous events.

The first is Ganked 134: Roots.

This is a frigate hull roam through lowsec and nullsec space. As ever with Ganked, anyone can join these roams.

This weekend, RvB Ganked 139 will be FC'd by Spectre Fleets very own Apex Aubaris.

He will be taking a fleet of Battleships out in to space. Specifically to this event.
