Capsuleers, I am the daughter in question and its clear my Mother was misinformed. Yes I found a packet in the Ladies toilets, but it was in my procession for less then a hour, I am a member of the military and I authorize anyone to check the test results of all my clones, and they will see that other then the combat enhancing boosters, I have not touched Drugs in over a year.

Yes I should of left them where they was, and yes technically I did take them inside the club and have apologized to the owner for this.

That statement Does not help Jaina, nothing in there shows remorse, and since Luna there said other punishment, I was willing to give you the chance to show remorse, you have not. the disownment stands.

The Golden Masque is a restaurant and event hall, not a nightclub, and on the date in question it was hosting a tasting for wines and spirits, at the request of Mrs. Lunarisse Aspenstar-Daphiti.

The Golden Masque is also located a short distance outside of the capsuleer-restricted portions of the CONCORD Bureau station in orbit of Yulai IX, which gives the entirety of station personnel and residents access to it. As such, it is therefore bound by the rules and regulations set forth by the station's owning body before any of its own are applied.

This would include rules against the possession of illegal contraband, including drugs such as Crash, Drop, Mindflood, Nerve Sticks, or X-Instinct, to name a few examples.

Ms. Deritan was noted by security staff monitoring the establishment to be in possession of one of these illicit substances when she attempted to give it to another patron. The proprietor was notified, and security was asked to confiscate the substance to turn it over to station authorities.

A disagreement subsequently occurred, and a third party escalated the situation after the proprietor asked - and then insisted - that Ms. Deritan and the third party (who was attempting to take the credit for bringing the substance into the Masque, as much a violation as Ms. Deritan's subsequent possession of it, if it were true - which security recordings have given no indication to be the case) to leave the premises under their own power or be forcibly removed. Both refused, and the third party attempted to attack the proprietor; the attack was prevented by the Masque's automated security fields, and both Ms. Deritan and the proprietor's attacker were removed.

Both Ms. Deritan and her would-be defender have been blacklisted from entry to the Golden Masque for an indefinite period of time.

I was going to suggest that all involved are idiots.

Such a public airing of internal family grievances, over a petty and unadjudicated drug offense is troubling to me. It strikes me as indelicate and unnecessarily risking the further sullying of the family name. Far better to have the "chat" in private and banish the near-do-well (if established) to the shadows to protect the family name rather shine the light of public scrunity on it and cause further tarnish. Likewise, the act of... I am not sure what the word is... self-immolation is needlessly public.

It is not like this dispute concerns one of the parties being a closet Sani Sabik or Blooder after all. Now that would be cause for severe public disapprobation!

Ms. Del-thul, the Holder Ithiria Deritan was married to you? I do not know what I find harder to believe, that a Holder would be married to known terrorist or that she is a closet Sani Sabik. Both are shocking to me - being unfamiliar with House Deritan - but I assume you would not make such an allegation, especially as to marriage if it could not be substantiated. If actually proven, I think perhaps the disowning and self-immolation set forth in this thread has the actors and roles exactly backward. In a more formal sense, has the latter allegation of Lady Deritan being a closet sani sabik been referred to the Theology Council for investigation?

Details surrounding the incident in question were forwarded to (Lady?) Ithiria Deritan in response to her request, made to the proprietor approximately twenty-four hours after the incident. As far as the Golden Masque is concerned, the indefinite barring of entry of both Ms. Jaina Deritan and her intended saviour, was sufficient consequence, and officially we have no further comment or opinion on the matter of her mother's decision to mete out additional consequences or punishments, and consider the matter closed. No further requests were made of us, nor were any additional reports were filed on our part, save the requisite paperwork for turning over the illicit substance to station authorities. Should our records be required for any further investigations on the part of the Theology Council or any other law enforcement entity, we will comply and assist in good faith as required under the law.

We would, however, like to note that any displays of histrionics and their subsequent consequences as pertain to the announcement in the first post of this thread, are neither our responsibility nor our concern.
